Shipping Policy for Essential Security Supplies Limited

At Essential Security Supplies Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, costs, timeframes, and more.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • New Zealand: We ship nationwide, including rural areas.

  • Australia: Shipping is available to most regions, with delivery times varying by location.

  • International: For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly for a custom quote.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed usually within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Specified delivery date indication will be noted on your sales Order Acknowledgement email.  

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Custom orders or special requests may require additional processing time.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: A standard fee applies based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $2000 within New Zealand.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days within New Zealand, on stocked items

  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days within major cities, on stocked items

  • Australia: 7-14 business days, depending on location, on stocked items

  • OR Specified delivery date indication will be noted on your sales Order Acknowledgement email.
  • Made to order items, custom items, non-stocked items. Maybe be any ware from 1 - 12 weeks dependant on the manufacturer and country of original.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

  • We take no responsibility for courier lead time once the item has been collected

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers for certain items due to size or weight restrictions.

  • Dangerous or restricted goods may require special handling or additional shipping fees.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund options will be provided as needed.


8. Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
